Our bear hunts are in the Grey's River and Jackson quota areas which gives Barlow Outfitting more opportunity and larger areas for increased hunter success.

Spring is a beautiful time to be in the Wyoming high country.

Spring Black Bear hunting is a great way to give hunters a second hunting season. Black Bear populations in our area are at an all-time high.

Ninety percent of bears taken in this area are color-phase bears. Cinnamon, chocolate brown, blonde bears are the most common.

Bear season begins May 1st with excellent hunting through approximately mid-June. We use baiting, as well as, spot and stalk methods of hunting. Bear hunting licenses are available for purchase upon your arrival in Alpine.
